The buyer of the kitten must understand and agree to the following terms & conditions:
1. Details of the Breeder (Seller of the kitten):

2. The kitten cost includes listed **above^^.
3. Buyer pays 50% of the kitten cost as the deposit for each kitten's reservation. The balance of the payment will be collected on the kitten pickup day.
4. The deposit (50% of the kitten cost) is fully refundable if the buyer change of mind within the first 3 days of the deposit payment made as to the cooling-off period. However, the deposit will not be refundable or transferred to another person when this cooling-off period (3 days) is over.
5. The kitten can only go to a new home after the kitten is being desexed, which is around 16-20 weeks old.​
6. All our kittens are vet checked before going to the new home. The new owner must be fully responsible for the physical and mental health of the kitten after arriving at their new home.
